Maintaining a strong body is VERY important to me. My focus is not on being ‘skinny‘ it is on being strong! I am not a professional, though I have been working out for years now and have been able to maintain my tone even through my pregnancy!
I will be posting about my workouts that have worked best for my body and what may help you! I like to pick focus groups like my buttocks, lower back, legs and abs. When I focus primarily on these body parts I get the best results for My Body! However you want to make sure you are engaging all your muscles to eliminate the risk of injury. For this I recommend cardio and stretching!
You won’t believe how effective stretching is, seriously.
